he threatened my life....MY LIFE for gods sake. I got banned for making a joke about flickr, but that french cunt threatened my life.
You gotta see it from Yahoo's point of view. If Vinnie did end up killing me, they could be seen to be negligent for not taking action.

....and just for the record, I am not happy about this vinnie episode. I think it would be more accurate to say that I am absolutely FUCKEN OVERWHELMED WITH JOY.

listen i am NOT taking sides here, i also wrote a mail to flickr to reinstate you, not only vinnie. and the reason is NOT because i like you or vinnie but because i'm a stupid mensch from old europe who doesn't believe banning people is the right way to solve problems. i may be naive and sentimental but i believe in communication and yes - even in democracy. communication is difficult and complicated, has always been and will probably always be that way. but we have to try at least. you both failed at the one or the other point. but i already told vinnie before, everybody acts stupid now and then - for gods sake we are humans and we make mistakes. i think i somehow lost the point now? Errm - anyway you're not stupid and i'm pretty sure you know exactly what i try to say here. if yes, i wanna know what you think about it. if no - well - then take it as just another communication-collaps ...
